To compete in the Old School Baseball Federal Division venue a player must have participated in the Fantasy Camp that his tournament team represents within the last 10 years** and must be 40 years*** of age within the calendar year. The 40+ Open Division is an open venue to any and all teams. Space is limited and priority will be given based upon the date the registration form was received.  Team deposit of $500.00 must be received by July 15th and final payment by August 17th.  Visa and MasterCard accepted. Some additional fees may be imposed for signups after September 15th, 2011.

        Pro fees cover hotel/car/appearance

Included Services For the Players

Clubhouse Access for the Tournament:
Access to your own locker, the shower room and uniform laundry services each day.  Laundry delivered back to your locker for the next day’s games.
 
Training Room Access for the Tournament:
Access to our professional training staff.  These trainers will assist in getting you ready to play each day, be available to assist you during games and provide ice and treatment following games so you will be at your peak performance all week.

Refund Policy/Special Notes: Due to the unique nature of this event and the administrative costs involved, a nonrefundable fee of $500.00 will be charged to any team that cancels for any reason at any time. Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received by August 30 will receive a full refund, minus the nonrefundable fee. Cancellations received after September 1 will be subject to an additional $500.00, plus the nonrefundable fee. There will be no refunds after October 1, 2011. All participants must sign a medical waiver and standard release form. Dave Henderson Baseball reserves the right to cancel the program if a suitable number of participants fail to enroll. All money will be refunded if for some reason the Old School Baseball Wood Bat Tournament does not take place. It is understood the organizers of the Old School Baseball Wood Bat Tournament are authorized to use photographs taken of the participants at Old School Baseball Wood Bat Tournament for promotional and advertising purposes.
